1）Power and battery
Drive: All-AC motor (walking + oil pump), fast response, maintenance-free, with regenerative braking (recharges energy during downhill/deceleration);
Battery: Lead-acid battery (low cost, requires water for maintenance, charging time 8–10 hours), lithium iron phosphate battery (mainstream, fast charging 1.5–2 hours, long lifespan, maintenance-free, supports charging anytime); Protection rating IPX4/IP54, suitable for dusty and humid environments;
Electronic control: Brand controllers, precise speed regulation, slope anti-slip, overheat protection.
2）Mast and working device: Wide field of vision mast (improves operational visibility), three-stage mast can lift up to 6-7m; forged one-piece forks, tilt forward/backward (commonly 6°/12°) to prevent cargo from slipping; double-sealed anti-leakage cylinders for smooth lifting/lowering; optional attachments such as side shifters, adjustable forks, and paper roll clamps.
3) Chassis and Safety: High-strength manganese steel frame, low center of gravity design; four-wheel balance, solid/non-marking tires; standard features include three sets of brakes (driving, parking, and emergency), audible and visual alarms, reversing camera, and load limiter; some higher-spec models come with automatic speed reduction when turning, electronic limiter, and anti-rollover system.
4) Ergonomics: Suspended seat, adjustable steering wheel, low noise (approximately 70–73 dBA); LCD instrument panel displays battery level and fault codes; optional protective roof and air conditioning for the cab; excellent overall sealing, dustproof and waterproof.

1. Can you customize and design as the clients' requirement?
A: We have our own R&D and design team to expand the product lineCustomized service:

2. How about the sample policy?
A: We can accept sample order to test the quality. But the sample and courier cost should be borne by customers.
3. Can you arrange the shipment for us?
A: Yes. When the order is completed, we will notify you, and we can also arrange delivery at the same time. There are LCL shipping and FCL shipping with different order deadlines, and the buyer can also choose air or sea shipping according to your requirements. The logistics company will notify you when your order arrives at your nearest sea or river port.
4. How will I know my order is complete?
A: After receiving the deposit, we will arrange the delivery immediately. After the order is completed, we will also send you the inspection picture of your order before delivery for your confirmation.
5. Are there any other products?
